At Quotee.LeafyOrb.com, every item is printed and fulfilled on-demand uniquely for you. We partner with Printful, leveraging their state-of-the-art fulfillment centers across the United States (Charlotte, NC, and Dallas, TX) to bring you your motivational apparel as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Fulfillment Times
Because our items are printed on demand, please allow time for fulfillment before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier:

Fulfillment times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons or high-volume periods.
2. USA Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your item is fulfilled, it will be shipped via a reliable domestic carrier (USPS, FedEx, or DHL).

3. Shipping to Non-Contiguous USA (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7–12 business days.
4. International Shipping
While our primary market is the USA, we do ship globally. Orders placed from outside the USA may be routed to a fulfillment center closer to your destination or shipped internationally from the US. International shipping times generally range from 10–20 business days depending on the country.
Customs and Import Fees: For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may be applied by your local government. Quotee LeafyOrb is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes. All such fees are the legal responsibility of the recipient.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates for the USA are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, ensuring you get the most accurate and fair rate provided by Printful’s shipping integration.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at quotee@leafyorb.com.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Verify the USA shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Look around the delivery location, check your mailbox, and ask neighbors.
- Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages prematurely.
- Contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS) directly with your tracking number.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit (and not marked as delivered), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
