At Quotee.LeafyOrb.com, our goal is to provide you with high-quality, motivational apparel. We proudly partner with Printful for our printing and fulfillment, which means all of our products are printed on-demand specifically for you when an order is placed.
Because items are made-to-order, our return and refund policies strictly align with Printful’s guidelines for the USA market. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
If you notice an issue, please contact us immediately at quotee@leafyorb.com.
Required: Please provide a clear photograph of the damaged or defective item along with your order number. Once reviewed and verified, we will cover the costs and issue a free replacement or process a full refund.
2. Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of the shipping carrier or our fulfillment partner will be covered at our expense, and a replacement will be sent.
3. Wrong Address
If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier (e.g., missing an apartment number), the shipment will be returned to Printful’s USA fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed the corrected USA address with you.
4. Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the item(s) to yourself or your intended recipient.
5. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size. We strongly encourage you to review the USA sizing guide provided on each product page carefully before placing your order. If the product size received differs from the label according to the sizing chart, this qualifies as a manufacturing defect (see Section 1).
6. How to Request a Return
