Our Mission
Quotee exists for people who take words seriously. Our mission is to find the quotes that actually stop you — the ones that reframe a moment, name something you’ve been feeling, or push you somewhere you needed to go — and put them on premium tees designed to be worn, not just owned.
We don’t chase trends. We don’t print what’s already everywhere. Every word on every Quotee tee has been chosen because it earns its place there.
How We Curate
Not every quote makes it through. Each one goes through a three-step review before it becomes a design:
1. Emotional Resonance
Does this stop you? Not in a self-help platitude way — does it actually land? A quote that could go on any brand’s feed is not a Quotee quote.
2. Wearability
Does it work on a tee? Some quotes are powerful on a page and awkward on a chest. We test for length, rhythm, and whether the words can carry themselves in print.
3. Originality
Have you seen this a hundred times before? If a quote is already on every motivation account in existence, we archive it — and wait for a context where we can say it differently, or we don’t say it at all.
Quotes that pass all three make it to a design. Those that don’t stay in the archive until a better moment — or they don’t come back at all.
